CVO Workshop on “Holder Liability and Driving Licence Legislation”

November 30th 2006 and March 27th 2007

On November 30th German fleet manager discussed in course of the CVO workshop in Hamburg and Frankfurt the important topic “Holder Liability and Driving Licence Legislation”.

According to German law fleet managers can held liable if certain measures in the process of fleet administration are not deployed. Those measures are for example regular checks of the driving license and assuring the safety of the fleet vehicle.

In different groups concepts and means were developed. At the end of this very interesting day every participant was provided with a kit containing a summary of all necessary information.
